Registration will be considered complete after having paid the registration fees at the following link:

Registration fees (tax included) before Early Bird deadline (November 1st, 2025): 

- PhD students: 100 euros  
- Postdoctoral researchers: 150 euros
- Academics / Industry professionals: 200 euros
- Accompanying person (for the Wednesday cocktail/dinner): 40 euros

The fees will be incremented by an amount of 50 euros after the Early Bird deadline of the 1st of November:

- PhD students: 150 euros  
- Postdoctoral researchers: 200 euros
- Academics / Industry professionals: 250 euros
- Accompanying person (for the Wednesday cocktail/dinner): 40 euros
