Abstract acceptance notification: October 10^th, 2025 --> Tuesday, October 14^th, 2025

Early bird registration deadline: October 24^th, 2025  -->October 31st, 2025 (registration fees increase by an amount of 50 euros after this date)

Final registration deadline: November 27^th, 2025

Conference dates: 3 to 5 December 2025
