Welcome to the website of the 4th Fluids and Complexity Conference

The conference, which will take place in Nice from 3rd to 5th of December 2025, is organized by the Université Côte d'Azur and covers a wide range of topics related to fluid mechanics and soft matter physics:

• Non-Newtonian Fluid Mechanics, Granular Matter, Suspensions ;
• Microfluidics, Biophysics, Active Matter ;
• Multiphase Flows, Capillarity, Wetting Phenomena ;
• Nonlinear physics, Hydrodynamic instabilities, Fluid-structure interactions.

The conference will take place in a plenary room.

Conference fees

Registration fees (tax included):

- PhD students: 100 euros
- Postdoctoral researchers: 150 euros
- Academics / Industry professionals: 200 euros
- Accompanying person (for the Wednesday cocktail/dinner): 40 euros

Registration

Registration will be considered as complete after payment of the registration fees. Please click on the "Conference registration" panel in the main menu, click on the provided link and follow the instructions on the dedicated website Azur-Colloque.

Registration fees cover lunch for all three days of the conference, to be served at Le Saint-Paul Hotel. Additionally, a cocktail/dinner event is scheduled for Wednesday evening at the same venue.

Please note that accommodation costs are not included in the registration fees.
